Built for the wine trade
Landed is the pricing calculator the wine trade actually talks like. Landed cost, distributor margin, suggested retail, bottle list. Stateside or direct import, dollars or euros. All without opening a spreadsheet. Or run it backward: name the shelf price, and Landed names the FOB you can pay.

New in 3.0
Landed 3.0 is a real Mac app, not a port. The calculator keeps a live sidebar holding the build, every saved market, and your history. Type a price once and every market reprices beside you, keystroke by keystroke. Apply the one that wins.
The Volnay priced for New Jersey while you type. Every market card recalculates on each keystroke.
The calculator
Landed is built around the terms the trade actually quotes, not spreadsheet abstractions. If you price wine for a living, every field will already make sense.
One screen, live as you type. Wholesale case, wholesale bottle, and the retail SRP stay pinned at the bottom, each labelled with whose money it is. They update even with the keyboard up. Tap any number to copy it.
Run it in reverse. Enter the price the wine has to be, say $64.99. Landed answers with the FOB you can pay, the margin that gets there, or the DA that closes the gap.
Two modes, one engine. FOB warehouse pricing for stateside books; FOB or ex-cellars with sequential discounts, tariff, and freight for DI.

Enter supplier prices in EUR (or GBP, CAD…) and convert at the ECB daily reference rate with one tap. Or type your own budget rate. A converted build labels which dollar is which.
Suggested retail at your GP tiers, rounded to the .99 accounts actually quote. Plus a suggested bottle list at your on-premise multiple.
A Details sheet walks every step: ex-cellars to FOB, each discount, the FX conversion, freight, DA, margin. No black boxes in a price negotiation.
Give the build a name and it travels with the numbers into History, the Excel export, and the widget. “Meursault Vieilles Vignes,” not “quote 14.”
Fields clear when you tap in to type and hold their value when you don't. “1,000” reads as a thousand in every locale. Pull down to reset. Big controls and haptics, sized for a thumb across a tasting table.
Your home currency and case pack, home and lock screen widgets, a share summary that pastes cleanly into an email, and light and dark done properly.
How it works
FOB or ex-cellars, in the supplier's currency. Case pack, discounts, tariff, freight. Whatever the deal actually looks like.
Landed cost, distributor margin, depletion allowance, state tax and freight, through to wholesale case and bottle. Live as you type.
SRP at your GP tiers rounded to .99, a bottle list at your on-premise multiple. Copy a number, share a clean summary, or export the book to Excel.
Hit a Target starts from the shelf price the buyer needs and solves for the FOB, the margin, or the DA that gets there. It's the question the trade actually asks. And it's free, like the rest of the calculator.

Landed Pro · $19.99, one-time unlock for all your devices
The free calculator prices a wine. Pro prices a portfolio: every state you sell, every book you carry, every quote you've ever run. Saved, compared, exported, and synced.
Each state's tax, freight, and duty build-up saved once. Excise per gallon or per liter, converted to your case pack, with the US federal rates one tap away. Then applied anywhere in a tap.
The current build priced across every saved market at once, side by side: landed, wholesale, shelf, bottle list. Apply any column to take it back into the calculator.
A book's terms saved by name: basis, invoicing currency, freight to port, discounts, tariff. Applied to a new wine in one tap.
Photograph a supplier list. Every wine is read on your phone and priced through your current build in one pass.
Not a flat CSV: a real .xlsx where editing the margin or exchange rate re-prices the whole sheet.
Every build you run, kept and reloadable. Turn on auto-save and never lose a quote again.
“Fine Wine,” “Grocery,” “Club.” Name your GP tiers after your channels and quote them by name.
Your markets and suppliers on every device, through your own private iCloud. No account of ours in the middle.
Chablis, Coastal, Noir, Bramble, and Vermentino join the free three. Eight in all.

Pro is a single $19.99 purchase inside the app. No subscription, no account, no renewal email eighteen months from now. It pays for itself the first time a market's excise is already filled in while the buyer is still talking.
Bought it on your phone? It's on your iPad and your Apple silicon Mac too. One purchase, all your devices.
Nothing to track, so we don't. Landed has no accounts, no analytics, and no ads. Your pricing stays yours: photos of price lists are read on-device and never uploaded. If you are signed into iCloud, sync goes to your own private iCloud, which we can't see. The one thing the app ever asks the internet for is a public exchange rate, and only when you tap for it. Read the whole privacy policy. It's short because there's nothing to disclose.
